Preparation
Cilantro lime hummus
In a food processor, combine garbanzo beans, chopped cilantro, lime juice, oil, graded lime skin zest, grounded black pepper, water, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper. Blend into a hummus.
Deep fried turmeric and white onions
In two separate pans, deep fry turmeric and white onions in extra hot olive oil. Make them extra crispy.
Artisan Crisp
On the Rustic Bakery’s citrus ginger thyme artisan crisps spread evenly the cilantro lime hummus. Then place the bresaola, a dabble of Cherimoya, a thin slice of Pecorino Romano, a deep piece of fried turmeric crisp, a piece of deep dried onion slice, garnish with a sprig of thyme, lightly place a salt and some grounded black pepper, and sprinkle red chili flakes. Squeeze a little lemon zest.
