Prosciutto with cherimoya on artisan crisp

Prosciutto 

Italian parsley

Cherimoya

Black pepper

Salt

Chili flakes

Truffle oil

Pecorino Romano

Artisan crisp

Lemon


Preparation


Artisan Crisp

Place thinly sliced prosciutto onto artisan crisp of choice. Shave thin slices Pecorino Romano. Lightly put Cherimoya along with Italian parsley on top. Sprinkle truffle oil, salt and pepper and chili flakes. Drizzle a hint of lemon. Enjoy the complexity of the taste in such a petite bite. Bon appetite.
