create the space

Before we begin. Please take a moment to create a quiet space in which you feel cultivates deep relaxation. Creating space is setting up a sacred container in order for you to honor healing and expansion. Here is a list of some things you may need to bring to your space. Do not worry if you don’t have all of these items, these are just suggestions. The main goal is for you to bring things into the quiet space to help you feel secure and serene. 

  • yoga mat

  • pillow

  • eye mask

  • blanket

  • candles

  • altar

  • chair

  • lay down on your bed

  • crystals

  • sage

  • pen 

  • notebook 

  • headphones

  • speaker

  • incents 

  • tea or water

Sit silently

Be open

Enter a sacred ceremony of self discovery and love

Be emotionally available to give and receive

Surrender to the unknown

Let go of any old stories and patterns about yourself 

Bring forth your courage

Embrace the your new “free self”

Once your space has been created, sit, begin and enter
